Shipping Policy
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times mentioned on the website are only to be used as fair indicators for the delivery times and under no circumstances to be considered as a promise of delivery times. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, non availability of the product due to manufacturing delays or force majeure for which Chiffon Store will not be responsible. Under the circumstances where the product is not dispatched Chiffon Store holds the right to refund the customer the amount(if paid by the customer in advance) or cancel the order. Depending upon various circumstances the refund can take upto 6-90 days. Chiffon Store can cancel any order without any prior intimation. There can be a variation in the picture shown in the website for the purpose of making a sale and the actual product that is delivered. By choosing to make a purchase you agree that it would be in our jurisdiction to refund the purchase amount if and when such a variation happens.
In order to contract with Chiffon Store you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Chiffon Store retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Chiffon Store or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Chiffon Store is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been received and approved by us.
Dispatch Times
Our dispatch time is between 3-21 days from the date of placing the order. Although 95% of orders are dispatched in 21 days or less but some orders may take up to 30 days for dispatch.
If your order has not been shipped even after 21 days of your placing the order please check the status of your order in the “My Accounts section of our website. You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Chiffon Store by going to “My Account” section on the top right after you login to your Chiffon Store account. This will take you to “My Account – My Orders” page, where you can view the status of all your orders. Here you will get the latest updated information about the status of your order.
