Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not have “Money Refund “Policy. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size doesn’t fit you.
Under any circumstances, if we receive the damaged or used product from the customer, we will not further make your replacement order or give any credit voucher and the original product will be returned to you at your expenses
Please also note that all our apparels have margins so if you do not want to exchange, then you can alter it as well.
- ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/
- We do not have any product return policy. We only allow size exchange for the products purchased only once. In case the next size you want is not in stock, we will provide you a credit voucher worth the price of the product ( excluding shipping, COD charges & GST ).

- Please note that credit voucher will be added to your account after deducting the shipping fee and convenience fee in the case of COD orders
- You need to notify us in case of exchange within 7 days of product delivery. You then need to courier us the product at above mentioned address. You will receive the exchanged product after the quality check will be performed. We accept an exchange only once.
- The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label. It should not be worn, washed or tore from anywhere. Please go to “My Account” and follow instructions for Exchange.
- Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
